Far From You

Do come in. We’ve been saving a little darkness for you—and something rather good to listen to.
Halloween has its own rhythm. The anticipation and the feeling that an ordinary night could go somewhere wonderfully wrong. And really, why stand in its way?
dev5 reached out to me to direct a short for his new track, out now. I have a lot of respect for his ear and the atmosphere he creates, so when he asked me to build a visual world around his music, it was an easy yes. Some invitations are simply too tempting.
I wanted to follow the track’s energy into the season. A little velvet, a little darkness, and the pleasure of letting things get just strange enough. Leave a few shadows undisturbed.
Turn it up. Stay a little longer. We wouldn’t want you leaving before the good part. Hear the new drop and explore more music from dev5 at the link below.
